SET UP FOR YOU

Abaxar for your whole team. I set it up, you own it.

This is Abaxar running in the cloud, in an account you own. One URL, one set of live numbers, and everyone who needs them reading the same ones: you, your marketer, your ops lead. Even your AI: the team can ask Claude or ChatGPT a question and the answer comes straight from your own database.

I build the whole thing for you: the cloud deployment, the store, email and analytics connections, the MCP that plugs your AI tools in, and a step-by-step video for the parts only you can do. You come out the other side with every platform you sell on feeding one dashboard, and the licence is included, so it's yours outright from day one.

What you end up with

One dashboard with every channel in it, running on infrastructure billed to you, pulling into a database you own. Your team opens a URL and the numbers are there: sales, spend and profit across everything you sell.

I built every one of Abaxar's connectors myself, so I know which scope does the job, which credential each provider wants, and which review queues to start on day one. Everything is verified against your real data before I hand it over.

What I do, and what I walk you through

I deploy Abaxar into a cloud account of your own, connect your store, your email platform and your analytics, plug the team's AI in over the MCP, and personally walk you through the rest.

The deployment comes first: Abaxar stood up in an account that belongs to you, billed to you, pulling every channel into one database on its own schedule. That includes the unglamorous parts, the config, the checks, the making sure it keeps running when nobody is watching it.

And billed to you means about $10 to $20 a month, paid straight to the hosting provider. That's the only running cost in the whole setup: the database lives inside it, the platform APIs are free, and the fee to me is one payment with no subscription behind it.

Then the platform connections. The split comes down to what each provider lets somebody else hold on your behalf: three work fine from a delegated account you grant and revoke, and the rest tie the developer credential to a verified human identity on purpose, so that human has to be you.

For a Shopify-first brand the first group is most of your stack, Meta is about ten guided minutes, and everything after that only matters if you actually sell there.

And then the MCP, hooked up for the team once the data is flowing, so by handover your AI is already answering questions about your own numbers.

Shopify

Set up for you

A collaborator account with app-development and resource scopes, granted by you and revoked at handover.

Klaviyo

Set up for you

You add me as a user. The Manager role is enough, so nothing beyond it is asked for.

GA4

Set up for you

A service account created inside your own Google Cloud project, which leaves no ongoing dependency on me.

Meta

Personally guided

Creating a system user needs Admin of your Business Manager. Ten guided minutes is a better trade than handing anyone admin over your business estate.

TikTok

Personally guided

Business Center partner access stops short of the developer app ID and secret, so there is nothing useful to delegate.

Google Ads

Personally guided

The developer token is issued against an MCC only, and it starts at Test access until Google reviews the upgrade.

Amazon Seller

Personally guided

Developer Identity Verification is mandatory and personal. It stays with you at any price.

Amazon Ads

Personally guided

A separate registration with the same identity check in front of it.

How the guided parts work

Every guided step comes with its own short video. You do those parts with the video open, whenever you have twenty minutes, and you can pause and rewind as much as you like. Nothing has to be scheduled with me.

If you get stuck, message me and I'll pick it up from there.

Your team's AI, plugged in

Abaxar comes with an MCP layer, which is the part that lets an AI assistant read your numbers directly. Someone on your team asks Claude or ChatGPT why margin dipped last month, and the answer comes from the same live database the dashboard runs on.

I set that connection up as part of the build, for everyone on the team who works with an AI assistant. The dashboard is where you look at the numbers. The MCP is how you talk to them.

Two to three weeks, start to finish

Most of an engagement is waiting on provider reviews. Amazon, TikTok and Google all check who they're issuing developer access to, and those checks take days.

So I start every review queue on day one, the waiting runs in the background, and the build carries on around it. A stack of Shopify, Klaviyo and GA4 has no review queues in front of it and usually lands quicker.

You own it, permanently

The deployment is yours: your cloud account, your billing, your logins. I hand it over and step out.

I never receive a credential. You enter your own keys in the Abaxar interface and run every provider consent flow on your own screen. Where I need access to do the work, it's a named collaborator or user account inside your platform, granted by you, visible to you, and revoked by you at handover.

The licence comes with the fee, so you keep the software whatever happens next. If we never speak again after handover, the dashboard keeps running, the database is still yours, and the connectors keep pulling.

The one gap worth naming

Abaxar does not do multi-touch attribution. If you need it, buy a tool that does, and Abaxar will hold its output alongside everything else.

Enquire

Tell me where you sell and I will come back with what the engagement looks like for your stack and how long the provider queues are likely to hold it up. If it is not a fit I will say so.

Shopify, an Amazon storefront, whatever is live.

Where you sell and advertise

Pick everything that applies. This is the answer that sets the scope.

I use these details to reply to you and to scope the work. Nothing else, and there is no list to be added to. How I handle it.

After handover.

The build is finished, the system is yours, and there's nothing left to work out on a Sunday.
